Tim Richards Architects is a friendly and creative architectural practice, committed to producing beautiful and environmentally-conscious buildings. Based in Walton on Thames in Surrey, we are an RIBA Chartered practice that offers comprehensive architectural services from conception to completion.

We specialise in the design and delivery of residential extensions and bespoke new homes as well as remodelling and refurbishment projects. We have a thorough knowledge of planning guidelines and have developed good working relationships with local planning authorities.

The principal services we offer our clients are the design and drawing service to achieve planning permission for our clients. We then prepare construction drawings to obtain Building Regulations approval which can also be used by the builder.

We cover Elmbridge, Spelthorne, Runnymede, London Boroughs of Kingston and Richmond and can cover other areas by arrangement.
