David Page – Your1to1Fitness
I’ve been passionate about health and fitness for many years now and after spending a lot of time training friends and family I decided to get properly trained and qualify as a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
I qualified with Premier Training who are widely regarded in the fitness industry as providing the gold standard of training for their PT graduates. I am registered with Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) and have full public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Along with my Personal Trainer qualification I am also a certified gym instructor, kettle bell class instructor, circuit class instructor, a qualified nutritional advisor and emergency first aid qualified.
I completed the London Marathon in 2011 at age 38, a long held ambition of mine. Now in my early forties I feel as fit, strong and mobile as I’ve ever been. I run two businesses and have a very busy family life. My wife and I have two lovely daughters who seem to be on a never ending cycle of clubs and activities. We both understand the challenge of fitting in training, regardless of the end goal around very busy lives. If you arrive for your training with the children having kept you up most of the night, I understand. If you don’t think you can find time to train, I can help you.
I’m as passionate about my own training as yours and spend much of my own free time working in my own PT studio, running and riding my own fleet of bikes (as any cyclist knows, you can never have to many bikes!). I also coach a running club at my children’s school where we are preparing a team for the schools cross country championships next year but the club is for all abilities not just the medal hopes. I believe wholeheartedly that fitness training can be for anyone and everyone.
